We have much experience, working with third parties in the end to end process of Security Checks and Clearance status, whilst this was a full requirement to attend any Metropolitan Police sites.

Confidentiality agreements will be signed where required. All client information is stored in a secure folder within the active directory Network infrastructure. Only members of the security cleared Team are given access to the folder. The information is backed up daily and the media is stored offsite at a secure location. All information that is older than 1 year is archived and a copy is stored offsite.
The network perimeter is secured using the latest firewall, intrusion detection and anti-virus technologies. These technologies are managed and maintained by our in house network and security management team. For business continuity purposes we replicate the data between our head office and the other office.
