Evan Mayor has changed Vanderbilt as a whole. As editor of The Hustler, he transitioned the university's newspaper to publish three times a week. This has been something that Vanderbilt has been talking about since the 1960s. After forty years, Mayor finally did what everyone else just talked about. Whether or not the printed quality is better than before is more of a personal preference. He at least gave everyone three crosswords a week. I think that merits an award just by itself.

David Barzelay has had his hand in just about everything in these past couple of years. As one of the founding fathers of The Slant, he infamously rose to his height of infamy with his "GEE DEAD" fake Huslter. Since this prank, he has worked hard within Interhall. This year he spearheaded a campaign to bring back Trivia Night at the Pub. Oh, and he is president of this place called McGill. Barzelay has continued to make his presence known throughout his whole Vanderbilt career.
