The most signifi cant change to dining, according to Frank Gladu, has been the to the new style meal plan. The old meal plan only allowed students to eat at Rand at dinnertime. The new meal plan that Gladu implemented now allows students to eat at multiple locations all over campus. They can eat anywhere on campus at any time.
